We count the length of the video you upload, never the length of the file we produce. A one-minute clip pulled out of a one-hour podcast does not cost an hour: what is charged is the source we analysed. The count is per minute, rounded down: a started minute is not owed. Any charged run costs at least 1 to 2 credits depending on the tool, even on a very short source. Most AI tools have a per-file cap: past it, a longer source costs nothing more. That is your guarantee that a single file cannot drain your balance. Non-AI tools are paid per video, with an extra charge per started 10 minutes; they are included in Pro and Studio. The link downloader isn't concerned: it keeps its own quota in minutes. The logo doesn't depend on credits: without Pro or Studio, creations that carry it keep it; a Pass removes it from one video.

Do I need a card to start?

No, no credit card is needed to get started. 20 credits are given to try every tool.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Top up at any time, or move to a subscription: Pro and Studio renew your credits each period and include non-AI tools. Nothing is deleted, nothing is lost.

How much video is one credit?

The rate depends on the tool: per minute of video for most AI tools, per file for text tools (transcription, hashtags, script, subtitle translation), per video for non-AI tools, with an extra charge per started 10 minutes. The table above gives it tool by tool, read from the very same rate card that debits your account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, in two clicks from your settings, with no reason to give and no fee. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do my credits expire?

Your credits stay valid for 30 days from the latest top-up. An active subscription replenishes them every period.

What is the difference between the Pass and a subscription?

The Pass is a one-off purchase, no commitment, for one specific video: it removes the logo and delivers it up to Full HD (1080p), if your original video allows it. A subscription gives you credits again every period and removes the logo from all your exports.

Are my videos kept?

For the time shown in the comparison, then they are deleted automatically. Nobody else has access to them in the meantime, and you can re-download them until they are removed.

Which currency are prices shown in?

Prices are shown in your country's currency where we support it, and billed in that same currency. The exact amount is shown again before any payment.
