Connect Klipa in three steps
Open connectors
On claude.ai or in the Claude app: Customize → Connectors → “+” → Add custom connector. The “Add to Claude” button fills everything in for you.
Paste the address
Name: Klipa. Address: https://mcp.klipa.ai/mcp. Click Add, then Connect.
Allow access
Klipa opens: sign in if needed and click “Allow”. In a conversation, turn Klipa on from the “+” menu → Connectors.
Turn on developer mode
In ChatGPT: Settings → Security and login → Developer mode. Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan.
Add Klipa
Go to chatgpt.com/plugins → “+”, name it Klipa and paste https://mcp.klipa.ai/mcp as the connection address.
Allow access
Sign in to Klipa and click “Allow”. Klipa then shows up in your conversations' tools.
Any MCP-compatible assistant
Add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with the address https://mcp.klipa.ai/mcp. Sign-in goes through Klipa (OAuth).

Is it free?
Yes, to try it: a free Klipa account works, with the same limits as on the website and the Klipa watermark on results. Paid plans give watermark-free files, longer videos and more credits.
What can my assistant see in my account?
Only your plan, your credits and your Klipa projects. It can launch processing within your limits. It can never pay, change your plan or delete anything.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
On this page, under “Your connections”, or in your assistant's connector settings. Disconnecting cuts access and invalidates every link already shared.
How do I send a video from my computer?
Assistants don't pass large files along. Paste a link (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram…) or ask for an upload link: it opens a Klipa page where you drop the file.
How long are my files kept?
Just like on the website: links shared in the conversation last 72 hours, and your files stay in your Klipa projects for your plan's retention period.
My assistant says the video is still processing. What should I do?
Long videos take a few minutes. Ask “Is it ready?” and your assistant will check on the job.
